Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted but will appear in the basket once a product is added. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. All orders are not deemed as being accepted until dispatch has taken place. If we cannot supply your order we will contact you to advise you and offer an alternative or refund. Orders for UK delivery only are accepted through this website.
Our courier charge is for mainland UK only - please contact us for a courier cost for non mainland UK. We aim to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours on postal days. We will send you an email confirmation of dispatch. We cannot guarantee the delivery times of our carriers but we aim to deliver within 10 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by our carriers. If you believe your item has been delayed please contact us so we may do our best to assist you.
The delivery costs for the UK are calculated automatically based upon the weight of the items in your basket. We offer Royal Mail postal services and Expedited Courier Services. If you have purchased large or heavy items then choosing the Courier Service may offer a saving over the Royal Mail price quoted. Our delivery costs include VAT.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods (excl shipping) once they are received back with us. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. If you chose an Expedited Service instead of standard Royal Mail, any refund for returned cancelled goods will be for the cost of the goods plus the rate for our standard Royal Mail service. Should you order from us, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
Our liability for the supply of products which are later confirmed by us being as faulty is limited to the price paid for the item, plus the relevant shipping fee. We are not responsible for costs incurred as a result of cables being installed which then prove to have a fault. We always recommend testing all cables before installing them in a position where removal would cause inconvenience and/or cost.
We will not accept any liability for errors arising from incorrect information provided on this website including, but not limited to, photographic, technical, descriptive and pricing errors
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
All our new products come with a 12 months guarantee against defects or failure. If you require assistance for items under warranty please contact us to allow us to help resolve your issue.
